About these terms
These terms apply to services supplied under the Xorh Studio name by XORH VENTURES FZE LLC, registered at 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Licence number 4429427.01; TRN 105428879800001. Your proposal and invoice form part of the agreement and take priority where they contain project-specific terms.
Bespoke website
The standard service covers a custom website of up to eight pages, including planning, copy from your brief, desktop and mobile design, development, testing and launch. The agreed scope, timings and deliverables are confirmed before work starts. Material changes or additions are quoted separately.
Build week and client input
We reserve a focused production week once the deposit and required brief, content, access and approvals are received. You agree to be available for timely feedback. Delayed information or approval may move the launch date.
Fees and payment
Website projects are sold at one agreed build price. A 50% deposit books the production week and the remaining balance is due when the design is approved on Wednesday. Optional Care, Care Plus and Lead Manager services are billed monthly after any included first month. Extras are priced and agreed before work begins.
Care plans
Care includes hosting, security, backups and fixes within one working day. Care Plus adds up to ten small changes each month, one newly designed and built section each month, monthly reporting and a quarterly review. Unused requests do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Either plan may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Lead Manager
Lead Manager is an optional custom system. Its stages, permissions, integrations, deliverables and price are set out in a separate agreed scope. Third-party services may have their own charges and terms.
Ownership and access
Once the website project has been paid in full, the Client's domain, brand, written content and all customer data remain the Client's property. The website's design, build and code remain the property of Xorh and are licensed to the Client for as long as the website is hosted with Xorh. If a care plan ends or is cancelled, the website is taken offline. Xorh retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable systems and methods.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that materials and instructions you provide may lawfully be used, are accurate, and do not infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for your business claims, legal notices, sector-specific compliance and how your team uses customer data.
Changes, cancellation and ending services
Booking dates, cancellation rights and refunds are confirmed in your proposal. Care and Care Plus may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Outstanding fees remain payable, the website is taken offline, and the Client's domain, brand, written content and customer data remain theirs to take elsewhere.
Availability and liability
We use reasonable care and skill but cannot promise uninterrupted service or specific commercial results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any limits or exclusions will not apply where the law does not allow them.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to XORH VENTURES FZE LLC in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent to team@xorhstudio.com.
